LeAnne plays a key leadership role on the residential leasing team at Lang Development Group. With over a decade of experience at LDG, she oversees day-to-day leasing operations, coordinates closely with residents, and manages the maintenance team to ensure an exceptional living experience across our communities.
LeAnne began her journey with Lang as an intern in 2013 and transitioned into a full-time position after earning dual degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the University of Delaware in 2014. Since then, she has earned her Delaware Real Estate License and continues to grow with the company.
Outside of work, LeAnne is passionate about animal rescue and dedicates her free time to saving and fostering dogs in need.
