This event isn’t just our way of saying thank you—it’s also an opportunity for you to connect with your fellow tenants, meet other residents in your building, or simply enjoy a fun night out with your roommates. No splitting the bill, no planning logistics—just come ready to enjoy a fantastic evening with food, drinks, and good vibes, all on us.

We’ve got everything covered—delicious food, refreshing drinks (including alcoholic beverages for those 21+), and a welcoming space for you to relax and have a great time. Whether you’re looking to make new connections, unwind after a long week, or simply celebrate with your roommates, this night is all about YOU.

Important Note: Tenant account balances must be below $300 to attend.
