Tim Bloom

Tim Bloom joined Lang Development Group’s Residential Team in February 2023, beginning his career at Lang as an intern. Through his professionalism, strong work ethic, and meaningful contributions, Tim quickly distinguished himself, earning increasing responsibility over time. He now serves as a Residential Associate, providing invaluable support to the residential leasing and property management teams and playing an integral role in daily operations.

Born and raised in Newark, Delaware, Tim brings strong local insight and a customer-focused mindset shaped by his background in service roles both in Newark and at the Delaware beaches. He attended the University of Delaware, where he studied Business and Communications, equipping him with a solid foundation in relationship management, communication, and operational support.

Outside of work, Tim is an avid sports fan—especially when it comes to Philadelphia teams—and enjoys spending weekends at the Delaware beaches. He is also a dedicated member of UDance, where he has participated for four years raising funds to support the fight against childhood cancer. Tim’s dedication, reliability, and team-first attitude make him a valued contributor to the Lang family and an important asset to the Residential Team.
