Tim Bloom

Tim joined the Residential Team in February 2023. He was born and raised in Newark, Delaware. Tim attended the University of Delaware for two years where he studied Business and Communications. He previously worked in customer service both at the Delaware beaches and in Newark. Tim loves watching sports, especially all of the Philadelphia sports teams. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending many of his weekends down at the Delaware beaches. Tim also has been a UDance member for the last four years where he raises money for childhood cancer.
