Joy brings over two decades of administrative expertise to Lang Development Group, having spent her most recent years at Whiting Turner Contractors, where she played a key role in various University of Delaware projects. Her journey in office administration began at Del Tech, where she gained a solid education before transitioning into administrative roles. Joy’s attention to detail and her commitment to ensuring smooth operations have been key assets throughout her career.

Outside of work, Joy is a dedicated family person, sharing her life with her spouse and their six children. She cherishes the moments spent with family, whether it’s at cookouts, enjoying movie nights, or engaging in gaming sessions.
