Holly Francescone

Holly joined Lang Development Group in 2025 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing relevant experience coupled with a strong academic background, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s in Finance from Elizabethtown College. In her role, Holly coordinates contractors, manages construction budgets and funding, and supports our project managers on both new builds and renovations. A lifelong figure skater and passionate coach, Holly brings discipline, focus, and teamwork to everything she does. We’re confident that her expertise and energy will enhance both efficiency and communication across all our construction projects.
