Jurgita Herrera

Jurgita is a part of the commercial property management team at Lang Development Group. She deals with commercial leasing and property management. She works closely with tenants to ensure tenant safety, productivity and satisfaction. She was a long time member of the residential management team, before switching over to commercial management.  Jurgita went to high school at, Jonava Senamiestis Gymnasium, in Lithuania. She studied Lithuanian Literature at Vytautas Magnus University, before coming to the United States. “I was leaving my country with the intention of returning home one day,” Jurgita said in regards to coming to the US, “but I didn’t know that one day, I would call Delaware and Lang Development my home.” When Jurgita began working at Lang Development Group, she completed the necessary courses to earn her Delaware Real Estate License.  She has been with LDG for approximately 17 years now. Outside of work she loves to spend time with her three children and her husband. They love to travel, visit and explore new places. Her goal is to visit as many national and state parks that she can, here in the United States.
