Main Street Hotel

The Hyatt hotel will begin construction this year (2021) and be complete by 2022.

The hotel will be Main Street’s tallest building at 7 stories.

The hotel will include 104 hotel rooms.

Around back will be a 7 story, 48 unit residential building.

Partnered with GGA Construction, Karins & Associates (site engineer), Dever Architect (architect), Baker, Ingram and Associates (structural engineer), and TKo Hospitality Group.

Creek View Complex: 

Three buildings will be built on Creek View Road, including a restaurant, theater and commercial office building.

The 4,800 square foot restaurant space will feature an outdoor dining patio with views of White Clay Creek.

The brand new theater facility will be the new home to Chapel Street Players.  The new facility with provide CSP with a new location just north of their current location, and also allow for their patrons to have access to free on-site parking.

The new office building will be located in the back of the property and will be a 3-story, 31,000 SF office space.

In addition to new buildings, 500 Creek View will be remodeled into a residential building that will feature 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. This building will also feature tenant amenities such as, a fitness center, community rooms/coffee bars, a rooftop patio, outdoor deck, and a sports court.

318 S. College Ave: 

We have received approval to move forward at 318 South College Ave. We plan to transform the building and bring it back to life by restoring the front of the building to match its original structure. The rear portion of the building will be reconstructed into a modern medical office.

Twin Lakes: 

Approved by City and is expected to begin construction in 2021.

This addition to Twin Lakes will include 24 townhome style, garden apartments.

Abby Court: 

Plans in motion to remodel the exterior and commercial space of the building.

30 S. Chapel St: 

Plans are in the works for a mixed use building on the corner of S. Chapel and E. Delaware Ave.

25 N. Chapel St: 

We’re working to move forward in the approval process with plans to build a residential apartment building where Chapel Street Players currently is.
