Main Street Hotel

The Hyatt hotel will begin construction this year (2019) and be complete by 2021.

The hotel will be Main Street’s tallest building at 7 stories.

The hotel will include 144 hotel rooms, as well as office space (10,000 SF on the 2nd & 3rd floors), retail space (in the existing Green Mansion)

Around back will be a 244 car, 4 story parking garage that will be open hotel guests as well as the public.

Partnered with GGA Construction, Karins & Associates (site engineer), Bernardon (architect), Baker, Ingram and Associates (structural engineer), and TKo Hospitality Group.

Molly’s Place: 

Three-story building with additional parking

2-3 Bedroom apartments (30 units total)

First floor will include Fulton bank and an additional retail spot (Approx. 3,000 SF Available for lease)

Creek View Complex: 

Three buildings will be built on Creek View Road, including a restaurant, theater and commercial office building.

The restaurant will feature an outdoor dinning patio with views of White Clay Creek.

The brand new theater facility will be the new home to Chapel Street Players.  The new facility with provide CSP with a new location just north of their current location, and also allow for their patrons to have access to free on-site parking.
