Jen DiLeonardo

Jen DiLeonardo  joined the Lang Development Group (LDG) team in May 2026 and serves as a key member of the Residential Team, overseeing residential leasing and property management operations. In this role, Jen is responsible for ensuring a high standard of service, operational efficiency, and resident satisfaction across LDG’s residential portfolio.

A Delaware native, Jen is a graduate of The Delaware School of Real Estate and brings strong local market knowledge, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented approach to her work. She is known for her professionalism, reliability, and ability to manage complex leasing and property management needs with consistency and care.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her young adult daughter and is a devoted “dog-parent” to two Labrador Retrievers. Jen’s expertise, dedication, and approachable leadership make her a valued asset to the Lang family and an integral part of the LDG team.
