Meet Eli Cartwright, a valued member of our team since May 2026. Born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, Eli graduated from the University of Delaware in 2024 with a BS in Sports Management, building a strong foundation for his professional journey.
With a passion for operations and a knack for problem-solving, Eli seamlessly transitioned into customer service from diverse roles including Operations Intern at Ripken Baseball, Operations Manager at LA Fitness, and Server/Bartender at Taverna Rustic Italian Restaurant.
At LDG, Eli plays a vital role in our residential team, where he works tirelessly to assist tenants and ensure their needs are met with care and efficiency. Eli’s dedication shines through in every interaction. Beyond his professional pursuits, Eli is an avid Philadelphia sports and golf fan.
