The foundation has been completed and steel beams are now going up at the Millyard. Located at 100 Elkton Road, this new building is slated to be completed this August. The main level will include 9,000 square feet of commercial space and the upper level will include (9) 3-bedroom apartments that will be occupied by UD students this fall semester.
