Both The Millyard and The Newark Bank Building are already under roof and windows are being installed. Construction on both buildings continues to progress and both are on schedule to be completed prior to the beginning of the Fall Semester.

Construction is on schedule at The Newark Bank Building, located at 102 East Main Street. Work on the back of the building, which will house 10 apartments, continues with each apartment being framed out. The building is slated to be completed the end of August.

After the steel beams were raised to complete the tower last week, wall framing and second level flooring has begun at The Millyard. Construction continues to move along at a steady pace and is still on track for completion in August.

Two 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments are all that remain for the 2008-2009 school year. One unit is located at Main Street Courtyard and the other unit is at The Mill at White Clay Creek.
